Terms of service & eGift Card Policy

Overview

eGift Cards from Ben Riley Photography, LLC make it easy to give the gift of timeless photography. By purchasing or using an eGift Card, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Issuer

All eGift Cards are issued by Ben Riley Photography, LLC, a Texas-based business.

Redemption

  • eGift Cards may be redeemed toward photography sessions, prints, albums, and products offered directly by Ben Riley Photography, LLC.

  • They are valid for use on bookings made through our official website or directly with Ben Riley Photography, LLC.

  • eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by Texas law.

  • If the remaining balance on an eGift Card is $2.50 or less, the cardholder may request the remaining balance in cash, in accordance with Texas Business & Commerce Code §604.151.

Expiration & Fees

  • eGift Cards do not expire.

  • No service fees, inactivity fees, or maintenance fees are ever applied.

Delivery

  • eGift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Please double-check that the recipient’s email address is correct.

  • Delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive your eGift Card within that time, please contact hello@benrileyphotography.com.

Lost or Stolen Cards

  • Treat eGift Cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced, reissued, or refunded once delivered.

  • Ben Riley Photography, LLC is not responsible for unauthorized use or for delivery to an incorrect or invalid email address provided by the purchaser.

Non-Refundable

  • All eGift Card sales are final and non-refundable.

  • eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value, and they may not be applied toward previous purchases.

Balance Inquiry

To check the remaining balance of your eGift Card, please contact hello@benrileyphotography.com.

Policy Updates

Ben Riley Photography, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, in accordance with Texas law. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
